Single Sentences containing seventeen syllables on one line read from
left to right.
The protocol of seventeen syllables makes it a loose
American form of the Haiku.
The concept of the ‘American Sentence’ as an art form originated
from the creativity of Allen Ginsberg.

Many

paint the visual picture that is required by most poets. I write what I
like and will leave the judgment to the reader. You will, however,
see a more refined purity of the American Sentence as time passes. I
think I may have caught the nack.
