I believe my 'one vote' lists; National, by State, and Other; to be the most comprehensive listing on the internet.
Actually it is not just 1 vote but is 1 vote over or shy of a majority, or 'super-majority'. Any one voter of the victory tally had the power to sway the victory to a tie or the opposition. One vote is victory among many when the many have the majority. - Roger W Hancock.
I have included where one vote each over several precincts could have made a difference.

1867

U.S.
AK

1 vote ratified The Alaskan Purchase paving the way for the admission of America's largest state in 1958. Alaska was purchased by the United States from Russia for $7.2 Million.

1943

1 vote failed and anti-discrimination bill in the legislature of the Alaskan Territory. Two years later in 1945 with the Governor's support it was passed by a large majority.

1994

1 vote in 90% of the precincts and 2 votes in the other 10% elected Tony Knowles as Alaska's governor and Fran Ulmer as Lt. Gov. 216,668 votes were cast.

2003

1 vote failed a measure before the Anchorage, Alaska city assembly. The measure would have put to the voters the choice to lower the voting age.
