is to observe,
observing whether,
whether or not,
upon the weather,
the ground hog,
observes its shadow.

Legend of tradition says,
If a groundhog peeps and sees it's shadow,
it will stretch and play . . . over is winter.
Groundhog instead return to it's burrow,
another six weeks of winter!
